Instead, its about how most guys burn out, quit and become worse off trying to build muscle using the "Block Workout Method"
(ie. Workout X times a week, Y hours a day, every week. Or try to.)
As a result, falling into what I call, the Consistency Trap.
And most go through their entire lives without even realising!
Gaining weight, diabetes and increasing the risk of other serious health related issues.
(And it's all good⦠until it's bad)
Here's why.
Over the month of July 2023, I...
Worked out ~2.48 days/week (11 times in 31 days)
Spent ~74.4 mins/week (<30 mins/day) lifting weights)
Made noticeable strength and muscle gains (as shown in post)
Burned out 0 times!!!
(Again this is NOT about me.)
Yet guys continue to believe that you NEED to do MORE to make measurable gains
And they're constantly playing catch up, only to burn out in the process.
And because of this, most guys are what I call, "Consistently Inconsistent"
Sadly, most stop working out by 30.
Instead, to build muscle consistently while keeping the flame alight, you need to do the OPPOSITE of what most guys do.
In other words...
Be "Inconsistently Consistent"
Work out on a "When You Can" basis
Use the Rolling Workout Method.
(Read that 3x over ^)
It's an entire mindset shift!
Again, this is not about me or my workout protocol, in fact, you can apply these principles and method of training using your very own workout program.
